new year comes but once a year
new year comes and goes once again, leaving us no power or strength to stop it.it's been great.. not really but at least its enjoyable so far.learnt a lot of things..1) no matter how far you run away or get rid of something, it always comes back.amos wants to join some 'teen idol' contest, and this whole fame thing was on my mind a few months back, kind of on and off thing. i still do feel like getting famous sometimes but its just some casual thinking.2)always, always trust your instinct even if you hate it.new year's food is definitely temoting, especially when its my grandmom cooking. and everytime i resist myself from temptation as my instinct tells me eat it and you will have to do double the excercise which includes running a lot. i dun really like running but the curry she cooks is sooo tempting and well, i must admit i'm a slave to temptation.3) adequate, the new trendok. being influenced by my cousins and after some deep pondering.. i think i should stop scolding vulgarities and be a bit more..demure. yes i know...i'd really prefer a bit of tomboyish style OH YOU DUN UNDERSTAND4) never underestimate the curousity of a 9 year oldthis cousin of mine spent the whole afternoon questioning me about ghost rider its good that he's curious but the whole afternoon is a bit too much. even i'm already sick of the movie no, but before that i wasnt..the movie's interesting but not really good ending5) english should remain the world's leading language, not spanish.i dunno where i got the source that spanish is the elading language but i'm positive its from an adult. gosh. the word sexy is already pronounced as sark-c like wat? that sark-c word was pronounced by this 7 year old kid. ohgosh..what happened to the world?6) economy is decreasing real badly.am i that destestable? am i that invincible to the extent where i have not received red packets from 3 same people for the past few years? consecutively. even my siblings received from them... sigh. i think i should do soul-searching and ponder what crimes have i been doing to have them ''hate'' me.7) never take pictures, ever.every year, relatives give me this pressure to take pictures. all of you might think c'mon its just a snapshot.what's wrong with that?? fyi: i'm worst than ugly betty...cant you all see it? its strange somehow. and everytime i see myself in the camera, i'm awfully digusted with my appearance..ohsigh.___nevertheless, this year's new year is quite fun..and at the same time, scary. because after new year and all smiles and wealth.. you have to start worrying bout tests and stuff.... and here comes 2007, with time compressed to as small as some microchip ...shant talk much now.. gotta count my money now(((:
